Maternity Photo-Art: The Mission

     They tell us that our children grow up too quickly; that we should hold fast to those moments; and that's true....
     But there is no more fleeting time, no other series of moments that are as intimate, as powerful, as amazing, as when our children
are nestled within our own bodies.
     We will never again connect in the same way with them, spiritually as well as physically.
     This is not a time for snapshots.

Adopting? Your pregnancy is different but just as powerful! The long wait, the wondering, the worry, the expectations and then that first moment that she/he is actually in your arms. That is your experience and every bit as wonderful as any other type of birth.
